Unless you are planning to dress like Peg Bundy, I think this is a print you can work with. For work, you can wear a black pencil skirt, a cami underneath, then belt it with a think or skinny belt and cute heels, kind of like Mad Men look.

I think it is fine and can be very versatile. If it's kind of a new thing for you, start out wearing it with neutral classic pieces and accessories that don't compete with the print, and then try more colors and styling options as suggested. Pants, pencil skirts, dressy pleated or flared skirts, over a (solid neutral) sheath dress--depending on cut and proportion--should be fun and classy, too and changeable for the situation. As, more neutral and classic for work (if you are in a conservative environment) and more experimenting for out with friends.

I agree with the others - it would look great with black or grey pants/skirt/dress and a cobalt blue or red cami. it would also look good over colored jeans. It's a cute cardigan!

Like Jj, cobalt was the first color I'm thought of to work with this. I think you have so many options with this cardigan. Belted over a black sheath dress. Over jeans, colored or blue, etc.

Treat it as a black and white print. It can mix with anything (including other small prints if you're game) I like cobalt and denim with this mix as well as some others mentioned.

Good advice from Sarah & Jenava. As the animal print is in neutral colours it does give you scope to mix with cool bright colours. I could imagine you wearing it with cobalt skinnies and scarf nd black booties. So many non trashy options available.

I don't think this can translate to trashy at all (unless you wear it with hot pants or something)!

First, the colors are great - white, black and grey. I'd wear it with any of those colors in a solid - jeans, dresses, skirts. Then, you can pop in a color - whatever is flattering, but with these clear, cool neutrals I think royal blue, dark red or a nice bright yellow or orange would be lovely!

Well, for starters, you could wear with a black cami, black skinnies, black booties and a touch of red somewhere - either a skinny belt (if it works well buttoned up) or a red necklace or bracelet. You could also swap out the black cami for a white button down tucked in with a red belt. How do those ideas sound? Cute cardi!
