Birks - the cork bed is great imo (they come in narrow widths too).

I have super sweaty hands and feet (palm and sole). My doctor gave me a anti-perspriant to put on them and it has seemed to help.

I usually stick to leather shoes (or at least a leather sole). The roll on stuff helps a lot!

I don't have hyperhidrosis but I do have super fussy feet that get blistery if they sweat too much. The best thing I have found for summer is cork footbed sandals like Naots and Birks. (I wear Naots because my feet are narrow, Birks are better for wider feet).

I have tried Summer Soles... they do absorb sweat but I felt like they also made my feet warmer since they're kind of suede-y. YMMV.
I've heard good things about Summer Soles inserts.

http://www.summersoles.com/
Wow. My feet get hot in the summer but our summers are short. I just aim for sandals, and ones with leather footbeds so that they don't make me perspire more.

I have ridiculously sweaty feet, and I figure I'm not the only one out there who leaves puddles when they walk across the floor! Most of the information I've found on the internet about dressing for hyperhidrosis focuses on clothes, but what I need is shoes! So far I've found 2 pair that are working really well for me:

Earth shoes Wisteria Sandals in white (light colored footbed = no foot staining, lots of soft leather straps to keep me from sliding out of the shoe, white leather can be re-polished easily to remove sweat stains, padded, but not so padded that it gets squishy)

Target/Merona Madge Woven Ballet Flat (basket weave = airflow!, with a SummerSole they might actually be wearable without socks but it's been too cold here to try it yet, upper doesn't appear to be showing sweat stains and does not rub)

I'll post anything else good that I find. Have you gals who have dealt with this found anything else that works well, or good tricks?
