Thanks Ramya. I need to rethink the way it works so people don't make that mistake so easily.

Hi Greg

Ah guess you are right.

I get it, most ppl right click and copy the link and it gets the http with it. Plus the editor adds one if we don't delete it.

The hyperlink is from one of the forum conversation and not something I added,

Thank you

Hi Ramya,

I think this happens when people create a link by pasting it into the edit box without removing the "http://" that is there already.

But I would like to take a closer look at an actual example. Is that hyperlink in your post above one you added using the editor? If so, can you tell me the exact steps (in as much detail as you can provide) that you took when you created it?

Here is a link I just created using the editor:

http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....-a-problem

Hi Greg,

Looks like the hyper links created using the editor is causing problem.
It doesn't open on both Chrome and firefox for me.
I inspected the hyperlink element on firebug, and see that the http is attached twice.

Not sure if others are facing this.

Here is an example.

http://http//youlookfab.com/we.....an-we-chat

This is what it tried to open when I clicked on a hyperlink in off topic conversation.(Just click and not right click open in new tab)
