I vote for the black high gloss. Given how you describe your wardrobe I don't think you could go wrong with these. I think even tho they are Wellies the gloss black gives a very streamlined and elegant look that would work with your work outfits. They would also translate well to casual on the weekends. I have a pair (different brand) in black and I feel good wearing them. They are sleeker than the original wellies ..... I really, really, like them. I have really small calves so they look better on me than the originals do. They are lined and the original wellies are not. I ended up going for navy blue. It's a very dark grayish-blue, and looks even more so with a bit of white "bloom", which rubber boots tend to get with use. (I'm not keen on very shiny, shiny wellies anyway. They look better if they have a live-in look, IMO). I'm very happy with my choice. It has the same vibe as black, but is a little more interesting.</p> <p>So with that in mind, I'd say go for the graphite ones. I'm a fan of neutrals when it comes to wellies. However, colour is a highly personal choice -- if the purple makes your heart happy, by all means get those! Your coats are so neutral that any color would work with them, so I don't think you need to be worried about versatility. I would go with whichever color makes you happiest. If you're torn between the two purples, I would go with the violet if you tend to prefer warmer colors and the purple if you tend to prefer cooler colors.
