It’s been fairly humid here. A kind of bumpy week as we lost a dear friend, I drank a lot of wine and had a two day hangover, plus I’ve been so busy with lots of bits and pieces... kind of out of sorts to be honest. However we saw a Brett Whitely exhibition and my son played his first basketball match so there’s been highs as well as lows...... </p> <p>Pics 1/7) happiness 9.5/10. This dress used to have a fabric tie belt, but since I did away with that it’s SO much more flattering... and I really liked these crazily blingy 50’s style earrings with it.<br /> Pic 2) happiness 7/10 for a super casual Sunday. In the pic the shorts look dirty but it’s the way the light was falling on the dark navy fabric.<br /> Pics 3/4) happiness 6/10. I feel that this liberty print skirt is a length and shape that doesn’t flatter me much.... and the white sandals made my feet look like they were bandaged.... oh dear. I like the tee though.<br /> Pic 5) happiness 6/10. same skirt with nude slides and mustard mock neck sweater. Not sure how I feel still....I’m finding slides don’t work well with some outfits.... maybe my eye needs to adjust?<br /> Pic 6) happiness 7.5/10.
