I have been improvising with a cami or a tank and a cardigan over the top.</p> <p>Right now, I think I have one dressy top. And it is sleeveless with a deep neck, so it is not appropriate for every outing! I have been desperately looking for a silk button-down top that doesn't have huge pockets on it and doesn't have nylon or polyester incorporated into the material. DH and I are going out for dinner for our anniversary pretty much as soon as I step off the train, so I won't have time to change clothes, and will probably need to wear whatever I'm wearing out on the train. For me this means jeans. </p> <p>This should be easy, right? Smart casual dinner = jeans, fancy top, topper, maybe heels and a clutch. Except I seem to have purged all of my "fancy" tops!&nbsp; Grr.&nbsp; Well, I have one, but since I wear it all the time it doesn't feel very special, you know?&nbsp; Grr.</p> <p>At least now I have something to shop for! </p>
