There are plenty of examples on fashion bloggers sites of dark haired women wearing light colored footwear with all dark outfits and it looks great, stylish and chic. I'll see if I can round up a few examples and post them here.</p> <p>As far as bookending goes, it is not just about the hair. I have a pair of Frye's in the sand color. I have struggled with the same thing. It actually takes me a lot of thought when I wear them. I am dark like you but very pale/pea soupish undertones ( I am not kidding ). So repeating the color near my face looks bad. Luckily I love scarves, so I can repeat the color as part of a colorful scarf. I also try to lighten up jewelry. I also like striped shirts ( with cream or white as a stripe color ).
