I think skinny or skinny-flare dark blue denim pants may work well with it and will &nbsp;avoid the "gym look".&nbsp;I would try red sneakers, dark blue denim and white tee or tank with some pin up or sailor reference (like an anchor or cherry pendant or a red neck scarf), a shoulder red bag,&nbsp;a casual cardigan in a 4th color or with a interesting pattern or a blue or red "college jacket". I purchased some red converse runners last year and went through the "should I return" because I lean towards more neutral colours.
