Think you can take a pic of yourself in the cardigan? Cascading cardis are not created equally and you have to get a style they works for you. I have two – both of which I wear loose and one of which I belt. It’s all about the volume in the right place.

A round-bottomed cardigan is a little harder to wear, and not for everyone. It’s got to be long enough to go over YOUR bottom. I wear that style loose and belted.

The key is soft drapey fabric. Nothing too chunky will look as nice.

How does one wear a cascading cardigan? I am an inverted triangle/rectangle shape. I can't get used to the extra volume around my middle and losing the waist definition.

Does the type of open cardigan that are open in front, rounded in back, less volume work okay for the rectangle/triangle body type? The one that comes to mind is a beautiful lavender sweater that I think Inge posted a month or so ago.

I feel like an ice cream cone when I wear big over small...
