I have narrow heels and can only wear pumps with heel inserts. I understand the concept of heel to toe, and understand that this takes practice when you're not used to heels. This all makes sense when you heel is pushing back against the shoe.&nbsp;However, if&nbsp;the heels are stiletto&nbsp;slingbacks, are you still suppose to walk this way? Or do you supposed to land&nbsp;on the entire foot?&nbsp;</p>
