To try to counter that, I look online at the sites for the stores that are in the mall, and I see what those stores have available. I write down the styles of shoes that I want to try so that I can ask the SA about them. I tossed, straight up tossed, 10 pairs of pants on Saturday that I will never ever fix the hem on. I have pants that fit much better now. Of course, I now have zero office "slacks."
