Some of the classroom are freezing cold. Where do I live, the Arctic?) I did what any self-respecting former Jersey-Beach-Town-Moved-North gal would do: <i>Snuggled back under my electric blanket and called out sick!</i> Uh, unfortunately no, I did the responsible thing and went to work :(&nbsp;</p> <p>It was a teacher workshop day so no students and super casual dressing. I knew we'd be in a cold area of one of our district's schools, so I needed to be warm indoors (I always run cold) as well as out (going out for lunch, running errands after).<br /><b><br />WIW for warmth&nbsp;that you can't see:</b> Old Navy cami, Cuddl Duds long underwear&nbsp;top and bottom (JCP), two pairs of socks (Old Navy). </p> <p><b>WIW for warmth&nbsp;that you can see:</b> Striped turtleneck (Liz Claiborne, JCP), Gap 1969 Always Skinny jeans, sized up for a looser fit, leg warmers (Amazon), gray boots (Charming Charlie), gray hoodie poncho (a.n.a., JCP). I wore the hoodie in various stages of button-up throughout the day.</p> <p><b>WIW For outerwear:</b> I wore my new Land's End Down Chalet Long Puffer Coat, but I neglected to take a picture. It was one of Angie's picks and it's as warm as warm can be.</p> <p>Other than the puffer coat, nothing is new here, everything is one or more years old. I wore this to work and for running errands last night. It certainly wasn't the height of fashion - more like a "mostly fast fashion shades of gray&nbsp;mash-up for warmth" - but hey, it <i>did</i> keep me warm! And thank you Mother Nature, it never got to -30 last night!&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
