Great! BR has amazing cami's in at the moment too. I can’t find the link on-line but they have a gauze shelf bra and more of a racer back spaghetti strap. I think they cost $18.50. Lots of citron and ink blue in BR right now.

Sounds good. I doubt I can let it hang out 4-5 inches, but I'll keep it as long as possible.

I love those flats too but unfortunately they're a much too stiff to do a lot of walking in. There's no shortage of ballet flats in my closet, though. I have lots of skirts and I'm dying to wear them once it starts warming up a bit.

I'm going to check out Express and look for a citron cami some time this week. I've been dreaming in ink blue and citron ever since you mentioned that color combo Angie! I'll wear my sweater and try a few different colors with it as well. I'm also thinking of using a graphic patterned tshirt I have that has some of the turquoise color in it underneath. It might make an interesting little border at the bottom, or it might look awful. I guess we'll see!

I like the idea of a longer length camisole in a contrasting colour best. Cream, kelly green or yellow spring to mind. Express has what you need for $16.50.

This piece of knitwear is the perfect length for skirts. Do you have one you could wear it with? And I LOVE you in those skinnies with the ballet flats.

Trying to match it might make it look like you're wearing a too short sweater. I'd go the other extreme and introduce a completely different color. Orange, bright yellow, or even the right shade of purple come to mind. I'd also try to have the under garment as long as you can get awaywith. At least 4 or 5 inches of the undershirt showing, if that length hits you in a flattering spot.

Finding skinnies is hard with curvy hips. I feel like I'm going to look back at these pictures one day and cringe, but for now there's just something alluring about deluding myself into being able to wear something few other women can

What if you wear a longer cami that matches one of the colors? Blue or green? I don't know how it will look since the sweater is a heavier weight. I will wear longer cami's over shirts or finer swearters to pull the length.

By the way, love the skinnies. I am still looking for the perfect skinny for my just under 5' 3" pear body.

Oh, I forgot to say my goal here is to look less hippy in my skinnies, which is why I wore them here. I know a tunic would work, but since long-sleeved tunics seem to have disappeared from stores, I'm trying to find other ways of wearing them while it's still chilly out. Perhaps there's no way around it, but I'd like to try!

I also linked to the same picture twice. Here's the other one. http://img.photobucket.com/alb.....G_0902.jpg

If you look at these pictures, it's pretty obvious that this sweater is about 2 inches too short for me, but I love everything else about it, especially the color. Can I layer a longer length top under it or will it look weird? What colors would work?

Excuse the poor quality and the pile of laundry in the background. It has since been taken care of!
