I was reluctant to copy pics that you have posted as I know some people are quite sensitive about pictures on the internet. I guess since I don't plan to post them anywhere it may be okay. As a Mac owner, I've simply been doing a copy shot, like Rae, and keeping them in my iPhoto under an event called YLF friends/inspiration. I also have one for my own outfits, too. I don't know if you use any kind of picture viewing software, but I like to put mine in an iPhoto Event, too, for easy flip-throughs when I need inspiration. When I see a photo or article that I want to save, I select "print" and then select the cute.pdf writer as the printer (it will show as a printer option). It then saves whatever your have selected to a designated file JUST as you see it on the screen! If you see outfits or ideas on other sites, you can use Pinterest to collect them in one place. It's like a virtual bulletin board. I find it very useful; I used to just keep a million tabs open in my browser, now when I see something I want to remember I use the Pin It app to add it to a particular board in my Pinterest collection. It keeps the photo and will link back to the URL for the full post. (I suppose you could use Pinterest to add YLF threads, but I consider this area to be semi-private. Unlike a blog where a blogger understands if they post their picture anyone on the internet can see it, you have to dig a little to find the YLF forums, and I get the impression sometimes that most posters assume only the forum members can see their photos. It isn't true, there are plenty of lurkers here, but I don't want to disrupt that feeling of security. I would feel badly about linking a picture posted here to a Pinterest board without the poster's permission. IMO.) I was thinking just yesterday that I had seen an outfit with olive green pants and red boots and thought it was MaryK but even knowing that much can make it challenging to find. I don't want to take copies of people's pictures and am not even sure it is possible. How do you keep track? Do you mark the threads as favorites? Even then some of the outfits are not at the beginning of the thread. I was reminded of this when I saw another thread with a re-post of the outfit with the olive pants.
