I'd write a letter to their CEO of their company (or head office) and explain the situation; I have done this for a canadian store and they sent out a gift card to cover the cost of the repair (in their estimation; which was about 2x what I actually paid).

Good luck!

PS: Cute frock!

Talk to Topshop and see if they will pay for the repair Maya. All they can say is no.

Get that baby fixed, Maya! I am in LOVE with that frock. I know it is frustrating that it was defective, but it is just too stinkin' cute to return!

Grr, I just don't feel like I should have to pay for it since it was defective, but it's either that or I return it. Oh well.

I have had to replace zippers that have worn out like that. The good news is that it is replacable.

I have done that before, Mo, but yeah, I'm not sure how it would help in terms of getting them to match up again.

I've heard of rubbing wax on sticky zippers to get them to go up but not sure if that works after the teeth have misaligned. Worth a try?

I have the CUTEST EVER DRESS from Topshop but the zipper is broken I can't exchange it for a new one because it sold out so quickly.

The zip was initially getting caught in one spot, but with some yanking I could manage to get it up. But I did that one too many times, and now it doesn't close anymore. I can move the zipper pull up, but the teeth don't come together, if that makes sense. Is this fixable or do I need to have it repaired?
