I will be attending a wedding that is in November and has a semi-formal dress code. The wedding is also during the day. I will be wearing this dress to the wedding but am completely stumped on how to accessorize it. I know I will be wearing black 3 inch heels but I don't know if I should get shoes with a shiny finish or a matte look to it (Or if that matters at all). I will also be putting my hair into a lower side bun.
