It needs IMO, a close fitting top which is tucked. I also prefer a higher neckline like a boat neck. I just bought the cherry print skirt worn by the redheaded model on the right. For some reason, i forgot I bought the cherry print, and I thought I bought the red and white polka dot number (which I've been coveting) and I had specific plan for how to style it. I was planning to buy a red, black, and white graphic print tee plus some yellow-olive shoes to make the polka dot skirt look more casual and low key. In particular I 'd like to avoid looking like I'm wearing a retro costume, which is always a problem when I buy from the "pin-up sites" I love so much. I have small bust and definite pear shape. How should I style this vey cutesy cherry skirt? </p>
