LOL </p> <p>I think it depends on what you like. I like mine to button, especially my lightweight summer ones because sometimes I like to wear them over a second base demi tank or under a sweater. But, I think that a jacket doesn't have to close if you never plan to wear it closed. So this leads to how you want to wear it. I like mine a little looser on the bottom. If it is more for winter I like the arm holes looser so that I can wear something a bit thicker underneath, same for a button down.
