I'm thin although too tall for petites but my sister is about 5'2", wears petites and is also fairly thin. For a couple of years I found some wonderful items, usually good brands and in new condition. It was a small store but very well organized and full of great items. I could actually pop in and find something within 20 mins. It seemd my size was the same size as 70% of their merchandise. The ladies who owned the store were elderly and they finally decided to close down shop. I certainly have to be "in the mood" to go thrift shopping and I have finally figured out what that feels like: energetic, antsy, bored, creative and full (stomach and wallet). I've learned not to cut my time short by shopping on my way to work or an appointment and not to go at the end of a long day when my feet hurt. If my feet hurt, *everything* starts to hurt, including my head.
