I had my Frye Veronica boots stretched approximately one full inch in the shaft by a cobbler. It took about 2 weeks and was $25.00. It took about a week and I got an extra half an inch (or a little more). The stretcher they use is full shaft so they kept their shape. And to keep the shape/stretch I use rolled up magazines in the shaft. Leather does stretch, but I'm not sure how much. I don't know the brand but they look high quality, so I would expect they would hold their shape pretty well.
