Things that have fabulous reviews and sell well may be at full price for months. Some they just let eventually sell out and you might see the last item or two in whatever size put on the sales rack at your store eventually. Things that have so-so reviews and aren't selling well may be on sale in a very short time. There is no real system to it, well at least not that I can figure out. You kind of just have to decide if something is worth being a full priced buy or if you want to risk waiting for it to be marked down. I can't really buy anything at Anthro full priced these days so I tend to miss out on a lot. I jumped on the phone in a panic and this was the solution offered! Yay. I stalk and stalk and stalk (store, online and eBay) for certain dresses or other pieces. Either items sell out quickly, remain at full price or go for an even crazier price on eBay. Anthro just doesn't seem to have a logical markdown system. I would need to have it altered, and you might too. There was a lot of fabric in the bodice so the waist ended up hitting closer to my hips. It would probably look a lot better if it came in petite. So spending $168 and alterations is just not happening. Except that they're expensive. I figured I would just wait for them to go on sale, but now I'm considering ordering them and hoping to get a price adjustment when they go on sale (assuming they don't sell out before they go on sale). Does anyone know how long items are typically at full price before Anthro reduces them? </p> <p>The first comments I can find on these two are from Feb 18 and Feb 20, and I know that Anthro reduces prices at my local store on Tuesday mornings, and I can get a price adjustment within 14 days of my order shipping (or buying them in the store).
