I get a better fit in petites for tops at Talbots. Their tops are shorter in length and sleeve length, and narrower all over. You might need to size up in a petite size if you want a shorter length, but the same width as regular sizes. That said, it can vary from style to style. But most of the other sales like NAS have modest discounts. Both pairs required me to reshuffle color combinations with determination of wearing those new sandals as much as old ones. I'm putting my less fav grey jeans in heavier rotation and adding 3 new ( or almost new ) graphic tank tops from the Poshmark as well.&nbsp;<br />I remember thinking that if Time Machine would exists - I'd go back in time and get more of my fav shoes and clothes from previous time when the natural fibers were more prevalent and comfortable leather shoes were more available as well. When I went into 4 thrift stores a few days ago I did notice even they were having sales, one of them had a lot of items 50% off which took the pants I was interested in (sadly they didn’t fit, too big and long) from $12 down to $6. I feel a lot of our businesses have bigger sales at Easter and Black Friday and Boxing Day. For those of us that hit our budgets by shopping the sales, how is that going? </p> <p>I tracked down new canvas totes for summer at American Leather for under $ 75 each. And great teal and walnut color way pieces at Dooney and Burke. </p> <p>I have a bunch of sweaters on order; not sure which I will keep. And picked up Hobbs and Tommy Bahama tees.</p> <p>I have some brown and black Talbots pants on order and already found great cords at Boden, cargoes from Lafayette 148 and long Vince shorts.</p> <p>I am still trying new to me shoe brands to see what now fits my feet. Hoping the Dansko brand will work. Thank goodness for free returns. </p>
