There were mostly older people on the boat, but a few around my age. Our boat was Australian, so full of Aussies, which was good for familiarity, but it would have been nice to meet some fellow travelers from different countries. The food was spectacular and I had to make a real effort not to put on weight. After a few days, I gave up breakfast completely and it worked. I know how hard it is to drop weight at my age!
