One was the Miu Miu leopard platform booties. The original pair I tried on, the zipper broke. So they were special ordered. When they came in because of my high instep (highest the sales lady has ever seen, yay me :/ ) I couldn't zip them up. They were stretched, still no go. Then they stretched again, again no. Finally they were sent out for heat stretching, still no go. I gave up at this point and returned them. Very sad, because they were awesome Thank goodness for stellar Nordstrom service. I did write up a nice note to customer service about her.<br /> Then there were these black and white spotty furry platform pumps from Alaia that I found at the Barney's sale. Seriously an amazing shoe. They seemed fine in the store. But when I got home I tried them again after a 10 hour work day and they were too tight in the toe box, back they went.<br /> I just found another leopard shoe on Gilt today, so I'm hoping they'll work out. </p>
