Jenava thanks for sharing some outfit ideas and what works for you, lovely outfits by the way

You think it would be nice to wear shorter length tops or semi tuck into looser jeans, I could definitely do that. Although my jeans aren’t that loose, in the thigh area they slightly bag out and I want to somehow use my outfit to take away from people noticing that. I wear belts often so perhaps a tight fitting belt might keep that from happening.

I like structure on top, or at least not too long of a top. I prefer crotch plus few inches to be exposed in looser bottoms. Sometimes I just semi tuck a tee, for example, to make it work. Or semi tuck plus wear a blazer which adds structure. It's all really up to your own taste and style and how you like things to look on your frame. I'm curvier, with short-ish legs but rarely wear heels and have a tendency to want to look a little more polished.

Your photo doesn't look as loose as I had pictured, so I think you have a lot of flexibility. attached are some photos of outfits I have worn with loose jeans (one pair is also cropped).

Ok! Wait! Not *any* loose top! Like not a XL Beefy T or starchy button front. Ok, lol.

Maybe a top/sweater with a welt. It can be wide but the band gives structure on your hips.

With looser blockier jeans, I have tried the old rule loose on bottom fitted on top. But I hate fitted on top on me. Nonetheless my rare experiments with tucking are with looser jeans.

Jess Pinterest is a great place to look for outfit inspiration ... You might find good ideas there? I often turn there when I need styling ideas for a specific piece.

I’ve got a some pairs of jeans that are slightly loose on me, either in the waist or legs. The thighs slightly bag out and I noticed wearing a proper fitting belt reduces the extra thigh material.
The thing is I like the “relaxed” fit look for some of them and want to keep them.
Besides suggesting a tailor because I like the look, what style and outfit tips/suggestions can you come up with for this kind of fit and to make them look better with an outfit. They would be similar to bootcut fit or relaxed skinny.

If any of you wear jeans like this seeing outfits will help.
