I wrote down colors, my pants length and shoe height (so I know exactly what works without trying it on), wish list, a few failsafe outfit combinations. Maybe you could start a bulletin board, scrapbook at home. I recently discovered they've added a "Clip" feature where you add a link to your toolbar. When you are on a site with an image, click on the link on your toolbar and it will save the image to your Polyvore collection. I rarely go back and look at them, but just the process of writing it down helps me to remember. You could also start a file on your computer (or phone maybe?). I know that I have a file of the pricepoints of my pieces (for reference on the blog), and also the outfits that get a 'killer' rating from Angie.
