If it fits my hips but is loose on waist it will go upwards. The only pieces that stay put are those a bit loose on hips but perfectly tight on waist (that means tailored on demand). I think it's exacerbated by two things. First, I often carry a shoulder bag on one side that rubs against the skirt, plus I'm pretty sure always carrying the bag makes my gait a little lopsided. The other thing that affects this is that because i am pear shaped my skirts are often tighter at the hips than the waist so they sometimes ride up, which makes them overall looser and more prone to rotating because of the bag or the weird gait or whatever.</p> <p>Sometimes tucking helps because it adds some friction which can prevent some of the rotating. Does any one have any ideas to stop this?
