Just go with confidence. Worse comes to worse you tell them you have the card. They treat customers with a lot of respect at Nordstrom's, they would not give you a hard time for looking/trying. You do need the card or your account number to make your purchases during presale though. I called CS and they helped me. I think if you're going to be at a store, you'll probably give them your email or phone number and they'll recognize you. Then, you pay with a regular credit card.
