My shoe collection is a little dull and could use a pick-me-up, and I have my eye on some black andwhite animal print flats (the one from Angie's Chanel formula post) that may get that ball rolling. I still want cute loafers, and maybe even some flesh-toned sandals. Properly-fitting woven items are incredibly hard to find for my figure, but the ones that work do wonders for my self-esteem. I used to have a turquoise one that i loved pairing with a white sleeveless blouse, and recreating something like that has appeal if I can find a flattering skirt. Since blouses are supposed to be more prevalent, I thought this would be easy, but most of them are loosey-goosey 70's boho styles and therefore don't really work with my slouchy harems. Short shorts aren't appropriate for work, I don't like bermudas, and clams are too tight. I'd like to find a way to make a pair of relaxed linen pants funky and hip...but it will definitely be a task to get them to work with my style.</p> <p>I'm also going to try my best to avoid both sleeveless and voluminous styles. I still love volume but I feel like I have a lot of it already, and I need more structure for the wider bottoms that are becoming more prevalent. Sleeveless just annoys me and I have had enough gappy, puckery armholes for one lifetime.
