Elly, so sorry about that dr.

Good job, everyone!

I'm pretty sure it's cup size. I had bought molded up bras that fit fine. I filled them pretty well when I bought them. But now they are 1/3 empty. LOL I wonder if I'm taking after my aunts. They were busty, but shrunk down tiny after they were done nursing their kids.

Overall doing okay. Congratulations Nicole! I'm up about 5 pounds--all on the middle and that makes pants and skirts a bit too tight. Good intentions disappear around 4 pm when I get cravings for sweets. Once again I'm attempting to cut way back on caffeine in the form of diet cokes.

Elly--Good luck on getting the new PA "trained."

I completed my goal and lost 15lbs and am now at my target weight! I haven't been really excerising that much recently but i think i am unintentionally excerising with just normal summer activities and routines. Now my goal is to STAY at this weight. Colder months are hard for me and i tend to gain.

qfbrenda - losing or gaining sometimes does make you a different bra size. Make sure you're actually needing to change cup sizes and not strap sizes. I feel you on your annoyance though, buying bras and underwear is actually my least favorite lol.

I had some bumps in my road, too, but got back on track and plugging away. Didn't overdo the wine limit but had some every day - need to take a day or two off still. I find all the idle time is bad in the early evening and that's when I'm likely to grab a glass. May have to schedule 6pm exercise sessions instead!!
I was up several lbs (yikes!) which could be directly correlated to the pizza the BF brought home Thurs night. I am back to fighting weight, but not down to where I started last week. Tip to self: avoid the pizza, even thin crust is bloat material ;)
I did great with the alternating push ups and ab work each night. One small victory! I hope to ditch one more pound this week and maintain daily workouts.

Good job!!!

I'm doing fine... same old, same old. My weight is holding steady and workouts are happening.

I don't know if this is the place for this, but I had to buy more bras this week. I'm down 3-5 lbs from where I stayed for a few months, and somehow that made the difference of a cup size. Or maybe it's all the weight training I'm doing. I don't know. I don't mind having a smaller chest but it's annoying to have a wardrobe hole supposedly filled, only to have to fill it up again.

So glad you are in a better mindset Chewy!

I had a very bad cardio appt. (well, as bad as it can be without actually finding out there is something ELSE wrong with ya). The doc has a new PA which saw me for the first time. Unfortunately it looks like they won't be able to do any more to control my symptoms. It didn't help that the PA didn't know much about my condition and kept insisting there were alternate causes for some of my symptoms (the typical insisting there are horses when one is clearly a zebra!) when all of them are uncommon yet COMMON for MY condition. She finally pushed it so far that she flustered me and I ended up shedding a few tears over my frustration that not only was she wasn't listening to me she wouldn't let me communicate anything to HER either. Then she insisted that perhaps it was heartburn . . . or stress and perhaps I should see my PCP about my mental health. Ugh . . .

I am considering going to a nuerologist as well, but the local one is a bit of a hippie and once tried to convince me she could cure me by eliminating allergens from my diet. Well, we did that . . . and then she claimed she do anything for me since obviously I wasn't following her diet. Heaven forbid that she was actually wrong!

Broke my glasses this morning.

And I am still up to my neck in stress from this last paper!!!!!

I am feeling much better this week, and after binging a bit (no, I don't mean just the brownie) I am back on track. I went grocery shopping today and got lots of produce. I haven't been wanting my go to healthy alternatives, so I got some new things. For lunch today I cooked a chicken breast in some broth and sherry with spinach mushrooms and grape tomatoes- yummy! I needed a change from salads.
My weight blossomed last week, but it is back down a bit already. I have been keeping up with both my 3 Yoga classes and 3 Aqua classes a week, so I am getting a good amount of exercise finally.
An other thing that I bought at the store was a puzzle book. It's supposed to help your mind if you do some sort of brain teaser or logic puzzles, so I am adding that to my healthy habits.
How is everyone else doing?
