Speaking of which, I would definitely wear a cami! I think it has potential - I'm not sure what's going on at the waistline - is it an empire waist with a self-fabric belt? Perhaps replace with a thin black belt? I"m also thinking that it might be good to try a size up - shoulder seams don't appear to line up (to my eye) and I am curious as to how the next size up will drape.
