You can camouflage a large bust with pattern. I used to be so afraid of pattern for that very reason. It felt like the pattern would be a bright red neon flashing sign "look at me!". Now it's a matter of finding the right pattern. I agree that a long necklace would have helped but I didn't have one that I felt was "right" for this outfit.
