They're UK based. Some of the brand can skew a bit dowdy to my eye (although I believe in shoes comfort trumps all else), but I have the pixie boot that are softly lined and I sometimes wear them without socks. I've had gray, and now the aubergine. I think they look cute. They don't have a ton of arch support, but they feel like slippers and are so soft and cozy. </p>
