And it's called Men's Furnishings at every store! It's the accessories that go with a man's suit, plus underwear and hosiery. ( well, you probably knew that.) plus when you hear "Men's Clothing" you think anything a man wears. But it means tailored clothing, suits etc. and sportswear isn't for doing any sports, ( that would be athletic wear) but maybe for watching sports? Or casual business wear? Lots of old fashioned terms. I actually have a plaid-ish chiffon skirt, but mine is teal. Love #5 but it would look very frumpy on me. always trying on "Holiday by Macy's" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/holiday-by-macys#post-1583319 Fri, 13 Nov 2015 16:44:25 +0000 always trying 1583319@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ #2 -now that is much more interesting than the 'ugly sweater".  I also love that gown.  I want to check out #4.  Beth Ann on "Holiday by Macy's" https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/holiday-by-macys#post-1583306 Fri, 13 Nov 2015 16:11:18 +0000 Beth Ann 1583306@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ My new move has placed me closer to both Macy's and Nordies, each anchoring different malls just a couple of miles apart.  I much prefer the friendly calm of Nordstrom, but I like variety and options!  When I park at Castleton mall, I always park on the backside of the mall, to avoid the heaviest traffic.  This requires me to enter through Macy's men's department.  I was fascinated by the differences in the displays for men and women. 1.  Frozen lives!  I threatened my DS with this one 2.  Wall Street Snowman --- a must for the company party       (bonus pic of DD) The ladies' department: 1.  Ralph Lauren's display -- I could go without the socks an pumps, but the chiffon plaid skirt is lovely.  Be warned -- it's placed low on the hips of the mannequin (I checked)  I wonder how long it is on a real body.  Diana?  Perhaps for you? 2.  I wish I needed a gown this year.  I love this elegant and practical two piece.  3.  On the hanger, I found another by the same brand.  Lovely!
