I should know better than to try to debug software...it's been too long since I really knew how to do that.

I'll send links going forward when those rogue finds show up.

The original item I was trying to collect at H&M seems to be sold out so I tried a similar one and saw the same problem....here is the link http://www.hm.com/us/product/6....._vc=SEARCH

Thanks Chris. It shouldn't be possible for items to show up that you didn't collect. That would be a bug. It can't have to do with usernames because it is based on a unique ID for each user. When you see one of these items appear, would you please message me with a link to that item?

Also, would you please give me a link to the item that won't collect?

nope, don't see that. Just tried again.

One other thing that is perhaps not related but I'll throw it in...I have found for several months that things show up in my collections that I did not collect. Usually one at a time, one per day or fewer, and items I think others collected recently. I've wondered if maybe there are too many Chris's on the forum and usernames are not quite unique enough and somehow the collectors are getting overlapped between users. I have just been ignoring this but maybe it will help shed some light.

Chris, when you go to recollect that item (i.e. when the collector popup appears over the H&M page) do you see the little red message at the top of the popup that says you have previously collected this item?

I just tried and it still does not work. Maybe I need to re-install my browser or re-install the collector. I'll try both. Thanks for checking it out!

Hi Chris,

Perhaps it was a temporary glitch: I just collected the bomber below from the H&M website and it is showing up the way it should.

If you have a moment, could you maybe try collecting something again and report back?

Many thanks!

Hi Greg,

The find collector for H&M seems to go through all the proper steps, I see it say "collecting" but the find never shows up in the finds list. Could you check it out when you get a chance?

Thanks,
