I sized up a couple times to see if I could get rid of the puckering, but that didn't work. I think I'm fine with always wearing it open... It looks good open, that's for sure. I wouldn't buy a jacket I can't button up, though, no matter how cool they look/are. To me it just doesn't make sense, I'd miss the warmth -I almost always button up my cardis and coats, even if it's not so cold outside, I just feel weird with them open, I guess, and also I get cold very easily. If you can live with that, though, just keep it.
