At NAS time I had this jacket on many, many bodies and the high ruffled collar is tricky for sure. Short hair is a good start (although tied up hair can work too), but above all a long neck balances out the silhouette so that you don't look like the jacket is wearing you. Plus, the ruffle is itchy if it grazes the side of your face so that's another good long necked reason for this jacket. </p> <p>But nothing ventured nothing gained. I'm really sad about it, because it really is a beautiful jacket. But perhaps I can triumph over the "My mother was right, I have a stubby neck" blues by passing it along to someone who is not so afflicted. You can have it for what I paid for it ($69--a deal) plus the cost of shipping to you. </p> <p>I thought I'd offer it to anyone who wanted it here before I returned it, since this is the last one in the country. If no one wants it, I'll just take it back. Let me know. </p>
