I have muscular calves too....and I would not change that for the world. </p> <p>I've noticed that suede boots are more likely to fit thicker calves than leather. I have one pair of leather boots though, and the designer has intelligently designed a small stretchy elastic panel on the side(opp to the zip) at the top of the shaft. It's part of the design but the panel makes a huge difference.
