They also come in red, yellow, navy, and black.<br /> The elastic is stretchy enough for my high volume insteps, but the shape is dainty with a slight heel, and they are quite lightweight and comfortable.<br /> The laces are decorative only, btw-the shoe is solid with no tongue. Size up if you're in between sizes.<br /> I wouldn't wear these in deep snow due to the elastic panels, but they should be perfect for typical Seattle weather. They are so cute that I will happily wear them as a normal casual bootie that happens to be great for rain. </p> <p>I highly recommend them! </p>
