Thanks for all those recommendations! I will certainly check them out, though the YSL one is a bit pricey for me! I've also heard good things about the Estee Lauder Double Wear...has anyone ever tried that?

I use the L'Oreal True Match. I need one that has quite a moist consistency because my skin is super dry. Anything cake-like would be bad news.

This one doesn't cover perfectly - but nothing could, with my circles! And it does make a positive difference.

I think I'll check out the other recommendations as well!

Congratulations on the lasik ! Hope the rest of your recovery goes well.

I have used the Hard Candy camoflauge concealer as well - it's got a lot of coverage for sure. Also love the MakeUpForever Lift Concealer which has a bit of brightener in the formula.

I am a faithful user of YSl Touche Eclat for my undereye circles but it's a bit pricey and as a drugstore alternative I tried the new Maybelline Dream LumiTouch highlighter. Not sure what shades it covers (I'm pretty much ivory) but it's nice to add in or over a concealer you might have to give that brightening optical illusion.

Nicoleb is so right about not overdoing it and also I always put my concealer over a non-slippery eye cream to blend it better. Olay makes an eye cream with a touch of color in it that may be all you need actually.

Welcome back! Glad you LASIK went well!

Since you have bluish circles you'll want an undereye concealer on the opposite end of the color chart to hide them most effectively, thus one with a yellow undertone in it. Mac makes a great one and Hard Candy (found at Walmart) makes a great Mac dupe for a lot less. Just make sure you use a good primer or use sparingly because they can slip into your under-eye lines if you have any.

I also have a Smashbox one i really like that is great for sensitive skin.

Good luck!

Hi everyone! I had LASIK done last week and have been resting my eyes by staying away from the Internet. Everything went well, though my vision is still a bit blurry and my eyes get pretty tired by the end of the day. It's really strange seeing my face w/o glasses...I'd been wearing them for about 3 decades!

Along those lines, can anyone recommend a good under-eye concealer? I have dark bluish circles that were more or less hidden behind my glasses but are now bugging me no end.

Off to read posts and see what I missed...it's so good to be back!

S.
