I just ordered them both and they're remarkably similar. </p> <p>Interestingly, the 1x in the plus sizes was more fitted, and thus more desirable for me, than the xxl in the straight sizes. The denim was also slightly lighter, which I liked, but which also runs contrary to the description they provide. </p> <p>Both jackets hit at the perfect cropped waist length on my 5-8 frame, and both feel like terrific quality for the very reasonable price.</p> <p>Just putting it out there in case there's anyone else out there getting a jump on spring! </p>
