I love the jacket and can see how it could be very useful, especially since you could wear it with jeans and casual clothes. I love these pieces. I've had the shell "collected" for quite some time. Never bought it because I'm trying to focus on my current casual life. However, this whole collection is right up my alley. As you know, half the year can be too hot and sticky here to even think about wearing a jacket...and yeah, no clue where the arctic air conditioning might be;-).</p> <p>However, I could certainly spend most of the year in one piece or another. The skirt is the easiest...probably all but the dead of Summer for me. The jacket could come in by November, likely worn over a sleeveles top for a bit, and stick around until February-ish. For me, the shell would be great March-May and Sept-November. All three pieces are beautiful. I do not think that the jacket would be completely impractical as it would be great outerwear for shoulder season (those days when there is still a morning chill in the air), as well as being a fabulous topper for indoors in your mild Southeastern Winters. Not only could the jacket be worn in a professional setting, it could easily be worn over jeans for casual Fridays and weekends. Will never ever go out of style, even if you wear each piece no more than 3-4 times a year<br /> 3) My winter &amp; summer wardrobe doesn't overlap. Does yours? I can't wear my leather moto jacket or even denim jacket for 8 months a year, but I *can* wear jackets for 4 months, so I do buy them.
