Everything casual is short and shapeless; everything longer seems to be too classic and workplace-looking for me.&nbsp;</p> <p>I've also been keeping an eye out for a nice pair of black pumps that are distinctive yet not overly trendy -- something with a bit of edge but not a terribly high heel. That's also seeming harder than it should be.
