No difference in the leg inseam, both are 30". So for me, the S (my usual size) was perfect, the crotch was plenty dropped, and I had a ton of scrunch at the bottom. LOVE! </p> <p>Very soft and really nice silk-like fabric. Draped beautifully. Well made and well worth the price. I found them to be extremely flattering and elegant looking on. These are definitely dressy enough to wear to work or for an evening out. </p> <p>This may be premature, but I am going to say size up for the best fit -- if you are on the tall side. </p> <p>I ordered both an L and an XL but only received the XL in this shipment, but I have a feeling that this size will be the keeper. For comparison I wear a 30 or 31 in Paige Denim jeans and a 10/12 in pants and skirts. </p> <p>I chose to wear these high up on my natural waist, there was plenty of room to do this and still have a small crotch drop. The drawstring is sewn to the sides, it doesn't run through the whole waist band. I liked that because it kept the back view smooth and the gathers in front and also kept the pockets slanting forwards. They fell in a great spot and there were no pocket bulges happening. These pants really just skimmed over everything and created a nice smooth silhouette and leg line. They smoothed over the tummy and hips and felt great on.</p> <p>I measured the inseam on this XL pair and it is 30" but there is a drop to the crotch so they are just long enough, but there is zero bunching at my ankle. These are also quite tapered when the zipper is closed, I had to open the zipper a little to get my foot through.</p> <p>I would have liked a longer inseam for a little bit of ankle scrunch, these will be too short for Sveta, I am afraid.
