Wish I could help, but I tried to import her sizing details on two different bra size calculators and they came up with two vastly different sizes. The best solution would probably be to go to a good bra fitter (I believe that Nordstrom’s is the best place to go for a fitting). I helped her measure herself to get a good starting point. I got 34 underbust, and 41 overbust... 43 if she leaned forward like some things say to do... So that would make the cup size 7-9 inches bigger than band size right? So in US sizing, that would be a 34DDDD/G-34I? Any suggestions on what size to start with? If it helps any, she's had implants and then had 2 kids, so her breasts have gotten bigger. Last baby is 9 months old now and she wasn't able to breastfeed, so that shouldn't be a consideration. </p>
