They only way I've ever managed to undo zips with the above problems is with lots of wiggling and plenty of cussing (under my breath due to little ears). Nothing else was working, including rubbing candle wax on it. There was one of the zipper teeth caught in the pull doohickie that could have been the cause--or the act of pulling may have broken it off. Maybe this zipper is too well made because it's not budging. The jacket is form-fitting so will be difficult (maybe not impossible) to take off like this. I tried googling and am not getting great solutions. </p> <p>Many thanks in advance for any help. </p>
