I vote also with the concept of Oxyclean - I'm not sure of your brands over there, but anything with enzymes to help break down protein type stains is really going to help.

I use white vinegar to get the crunchy stuff off the arm pits of colored tshirts. Soak for half an hour before washing as usual. It also seems to work on discoloration. I also second the advice to soak in OxyClean.

Does Tilex really work on white? I've had no success at getting sweat stains off of white tshirts, and I've tried spray n wash, soaking in oxyclean, hydrogen peroxide and rubbing baking soda into the stain...

sunlight has energy and breaks down dye in fabrics-- that's why he backs of your drapes or a sofa that gets alot of direct sunlight will fade. It does the same thing on a stain.

Try drying them in the direct sunlight. Somehow, this works on certain fabrics. Don't ask me how or why.

I am not familiar with Laundress, but have you tried an enzyme wash like Spray & Wash?

No, unfortunately not white Also, some items are 100% cotton, others are poly blends.

I pulled out a few warmer weather items and found that they have been beset by pit stains! :b I've tried to treat one with Laundress stain remover, but so far no luck. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?
