Even though this site doesn't use bust size in determining figure type, I think that if your goal of dressing is to make yourself look hourglass-y, then you'd want to wear fitted tops to emphasize your bust to waist ratio (which is already hourglass-y) and bottoms that make your hips look curvier...for instance tapered pencil skirts, skinny jeans, or a-line skirts.
