This dress needs to be altered to fit me. The shoulders and bust area are too big. It's an AU 16 and I am a 14. I fell in love with it and a 14 couldn't be found. Is it possible to make the shoulders smaller even though they are ruched? The sleeves can probably stay a bit loose that I don't mind. The whole dress just needs to be lifted to fit me so to speak. Also hem needs to come up by about 7 inches! I'm wondering if the alterations are going to be so extensive the cost will blow out as I know I'll only wear it once. Would love some feedback lovelies before I end up paying someone a fortune to fix it! </p>
