I definitely like the idea of metallic/sparkly with this dress, as it is such a dark, rich color. I don't think black will do it justice. However, I'm not sure about the metallic shoes (pewter and bronze, I think?) with the champagne purse. That might be too much. Can you find a bag that coordinates with one of the shoe colors? The neckline of your dress just begs for a necklace, and pearls would be fab. I'd be careful about necklace + earrings (try it and see if it looks too busy, like the pieces are competing with each other), but you could definitely do necklace + bracelet.
